Macaroni Cheese !!
You say 'one food', but nearly everyone's listed a dish, which contains several food groups. If I had to live on just one food group, it would be vegetables. Steamed, baked, grilled, raw.... YUM!
But it would be exceedingly hard to cope without dairy products! Love fresh milk, cheese, yogurt...
If it was just one dish, then maybe my spag bol (which contains lots of vegetables, too!) with cheese. Or couscous with grilled vegetables and (you guessed it!) - cheese! Preferrably grilled goat's cheese.
I know what my favourite thing to eat is .
But if we're talking about food, it'd have to be chilli cheese.

Thinking it would have to be any pasta with a fresh tomato/basil sauce, jazzed up with chillies ..... and could I just squeeze in some garlic bread on the side
good luck to all these people who want to try and live on chocolate or toast i don't think you'll last long
i took one food to mean one type of food - so I'd go for a chicken stir-fry - healthy
