But it's the perfect combination weekend David! Negracha on Friday, then Black Tie Ball / Decadance on Sat with the gorgeous Warren (regular MJ in the main room and 'alternative' blues/tango/reggae in the Richmonde room) then how could you miss Tango Boot Camp 2 in Brighton on Sunday!
I don't know how Warren does it - he must have the constitution of an ox. He's DJ-ing all evening at Worthing then running TBC all day on Sunday with a milonga in the evening!!
It's frustrating to miss another night at Negracha's. I wondered if it's preferable to shift the date of the next outing to Friday the 31st of October.
Sticking to the pattern of 4 week intervals, the 31st would steer clear of the November 7th clash with Camber.
Could I ask you to PM me if anyone has any objections. I will give Ken and Kim a buzz later in the week to see how they feel. I don't want to appear pushy but it's our only chance to meet up before the end of the year.

no dancing for me - nothing on in the North
I think Dundee is still in the North, Yli

Sat - Strictly Ceroc - Gloucester
Fri - Ceroc Metro Meltdown - Cheshunt
Well, if you will choose to do your Ceroc Luton event on that evening...
Does it finish early? You could always bomb down the M1 afterwards - go on, you know you want to
Yes, I think that's a good idea - let's do that, then; the official next LGTN meet can be on the 31st October. Witches hats optional
Strange its not a Decadance event in Worthing, hes only a guest I believe(am I wrong from the advertising) and hes been credited with the event (good luck in the alternative room- it should be much busier than main room Im sure)!! There are other events also going on in Sussex & 2in Surrey that night that people might want alternatives, Happy Saturday nights
Ok, slightly off topic - apologies - but I'm realising more and more that there are so many forumites who I must see nearly every single week but have absolutely no idea who they are.
This really hit me after seeing how many forumites were at Evesham last Friday: e.g. Poi Boi - I'm sure I must know you … ?
At least I know Sway now - thanks to all of you who put their picture on their profiles!
Fletch always tells me (quite correctly) that I'm useless at putting names to faces, but I'm determined to start making amends.
Two people who spring to mind straight away because of events on this weekend are Batgirl and Marcusj. It would be lovely if either of you came to say hello. If you're going to Luton (as it appears you are, Batgirl), I'll be on stage with Marc at the start of the night, and thereafter floating around in a random manner with a glass of wine in my hand …
Look forward to meeting you all someplace, sometime.
Rachel
Saw a flyer advertising Hammersmith saying Annette is upstairs and Rocky and Vince downstairs.
2am finish
food at midnight
But usual price of £10.
Not that you'd be interested David. See you are already have 3 wild nights lined up over the weekend.
Just noticed on the here thread taht Rocky has posted there won't be a second room due to Rebel Yell clash.

Am not so sure about this fancy dress thing on Saturday at Hammersmith - can we get confirmation from someone from Ceroc? Just in case someone is coming in fancy dress and it isn't...
However, I noticed last night that Ceroc Greenwich also have a freestyle on Saturday that definitely is skool disco, so am wondering if that is where the confusion has come from... anyway, that's the place to be if you want to dress up like a naughty school girl/boy
