    Crapulent

meaning someone who is under the influence of one too many Bacardi Breezers crapulent people are often found wandering out into the street around town centres on a Friday night looking for a ride home (sometimes of either variety, ooh er...), yelling at passers-by or vomiting uncontrollably all over a bus stop.

    Today's word

magnanimous like this word as you can use it in a sarcastic manner, as in: That is very magnanimous of you. Not that I'm ever sarcastic of course

Surely you are either callipygous, or you aren't. How could you be callipygous on on day but not another.... unless the next time you see them they have been LMAO on a forum

My word of the day is sardonic. As in:
"Little Mary peered up at the tiny speck of white light from the bottom of the mine shaft, the lift cables were freshly cut and the sound of Lassie's sardonic laughter mingled with the sound of her sobs filled the air." - Lassie's Heroic Rescue from the Mines of Vileda

Rubyred I know exactly what a Dongle is (a little black box with a USB cable) I had a very similar experience when I got our IT guys in to install transcribers on a couple of computers and he asked me where the dongle was. I thought he was winding me up but no they really do exist

I know it's a pronoun, but Billy Connelly's house was called "Funtgruttock Hall". Much to the chagrin of his posh neighbours

Do you aim to become a member of the literati, or do you wish to be a savant? Do you want to avoid being verbigerative and be succinct instead?

    Hard one for me

For me its got to be fabidosi

    - Without that particular type of chemical we would each be a small puddle of water and proteins on the floor - Phospholipids hold the walls of our cells together

A lot of biological or Pharmaceutical words are nice scrabble winners one of my favourites is

    Serotonin or how about Endorphins??

Dancing produces plenty of Serotonin alongside plenty of other different Endorphins

Snuggle - cos it's just such a cute comfy word

    snug·gle (sngl)
    v. snug·gled, snug·gling, snug·gles
v.intr. 1. To lie or press close together; cuddle.
    2. To curl up closely or comfortably; nestle: snuggled happily under the covers.

v.tr. To draw close or hold closely, as for comfort or in affection; hug.

On a similarly cute note, 'Hugglepounce' is also a great word
