there should be a button similar to 'thank' that says 'you crack me up', me thinks

On a more serious note - it is sometimes a fine line. Heck now that I think about it, I might even have been advertising, or on the verge of, with no intention to do so.

Yes, because moderators are very stupid and don't know who anyone is.

If it's any consolation, we've had loads of other whinges from various people about posts being deleted.

To which I can only reply,

I take it this no advertising malarky only applies to independants, rather than anyone but Ceroc Scotland?

    I assume orgs like Ceroc Windsor /Ceroc UK/Ceroc Aus/Ceroc Worldwide/Cerockyport/etc are ok?

Nope, it applies to everyone except Ceroc Scotland.

If Ceroc Windsor want to advertise, they can bleedin' well get their own forum to do it in.

That does suprise me. I honestly thought anything Ceroc related was absolutely fine . Oh well, you learn something new every day I guess!

Next you'll be suggesting that Ceroc Scotland censors it's forum and that posts mysteriously go missing - Can't remember what the answer to that one was.. Hmmm... In any event I don't imagine this post will still be here in the morning.

Huh? If you mean me, as a result of my question, then you're completely on the wrong track. I'm a Ceroc Taxi Dancer, and I really did think that anything Ceroc related would be fine (and I really would expect independants not to be allowed to advertise).

I have absolutely no reason to believe that this forum is censored, or that posts go mysteriously missing, and wouldn't suggest otherwise

Sorry Gojive, I didn't quote you so it wasn't an intentional dig at you - it was just a bit of a light hearted poke at all the shannegins that went on this week with other people claiming missing posts and censorship - if you hadn't read all that stuff, and because my post directly followed yours, I can see how you would have taken it a different way. Sorry!

Well, I was going to mention where I'll be DJing on Saturday night, but it doesn't seem like there's much point now. Am I still allowed to click on the poll if it happens to get mentioned by someone else. That tick in the box could be advertising...

It is a brilliant night at Decca Dance. You might want to aim for getting there alittle early though as parking can sometimes be a pain.

It is held in a bar and has a great atmosphear. People travel from all over to go. Norm has two rooms and plenty of variety in the music. (loads of Tango for you DB) I think he has a cabaret on too.

Depends whether people want to avoid you or not

Seriously, as the rules say (am I the only one to have read them?), it's fine to answer questions, it's fine to tick poll boxes, and all that stuff.

Looks like I can't make it this weekend, family stuff on alas
