What's the floor like at Brent Town Hall?

Am thinking of going to the new Bump n Hustle night tomorrow but have heard mixed opinions of the state of the floor at the venue. Have you been recently? What's the floor like?

I see also that car parking is quite limited at the venue itself. Is there any free parking elsewhere nearby?

I used to demo there for ClubCeroc and IMO it's a superb venue. The floor was great then but can't comment now as it's been several months since I was last there. I usually park in the car park in front of the venue, but there is also parking in the street next to it, but I think it might be quite busy on a Friday night unless you get there early maybe.

I was thinking of going there tomorrow as well.

Oh, and they sell a decent glass of white wine at very reasonable prices, but it is in a plastic beaker!!!

The last time I was there was for the ballroom practice night some time ago. The floor, at that time, was really sticky BUT we were told that it was as a result of an event on the Sunday (the day before).

The actual quality was ok i.e. no holes and it was pretty even.

The parking was not the best. We got there early on a Monday evening and only just got parking near the venue. I can only imagine it would be much busier tonight so i would advise get there early!

I think there is something a bit odd about it, but can't put my finger on it.

    It is advertised as sprung.

It was very hot the 2 times I've been, but they were hot nights outside too.

Went to Brent Town Hall last night for the Bump & Hustle, floor was in a lovely condition, definitely one of the best floors I have danced on recently.
