Word of warning to anyone going.

REM are playing at the rugby stadium in Twickenham on the same evening, so traffic is likely to be very heavy.

I thought about that, as I already have two humps.

I hope the DJ's realise, that they'll have to have the music louder than normal, with all the women wearing the jingling scarves and belts!

That's where I'll be (although I'm disappointed to miss Utopia, I had to give away my REM tickets earlier in the year so can't wait)

And then I'm going on holiday the next day

I managed to get a ticket from a lady who can no longer go to the event. However, it looks like I shall be out of the country then so I may have to sell the ticket - which is really bugging me as I have the perfect outfit which I got in Canada a few years ago and have only been able to wear it once!!!!

    I've no doubt you do!

I've got two outfits now I went to Coventry yesterday and spent all afternoon in the Indian area, it is full of shops selling beautiful saris, jewelry etc. I felt like a princess dressing up in all those beautiful clothes. I ended up buying an outfit reduced from £150 to £30! and will wear the full length skirt with the fringed bra. I've got trousers and lots of jingly bits for the second outfit. (I'm in competition with you Fletch. )
Really looking forward to this now.

In a former short lived life I was a probationary bobby around there. Way before your time. Rampant colour prejudice (it was mostly West Indians at that time) within the force was just one reason I didn't complete my two years.

One of my relatives was CID at Scotland Yard.
He's retired now, but he is still an out and out racist.
I had to laugh when his son married an Asian lady.
    Poetic justice.
