Thinking I might go to Northampton for Ceroc at the Saints tonight but clearly too late for inclusion in the poll

Disappointingly, he wasn't very badly behaved at all! Infact he was rather quiet last night. I'm sure he will be much more mischevious next weekend though!

Talking of next weekend he now has all the instructions regarding the chocolate etc! Hopefully you will be feeling better by then

    Tx

It was really good. If you are looking for a good theatre night in London, which is funny, thought provoking and sometimes sad, go and see it.

Not one that was on the poll, but attended Swingtastic's Summer Sizzler at Scone Public Hall on Saturday. Fantastic WCS workshop with Lisa & David during the afternoon, then a top notch WCS party at night. Great to see so many "westies" in Scotland, doing their thing all night.

I believe it was the first ever Scottish social freestyle totally dedicated to WCS and what a cracking day & night it was, I didn't see any MJ all night (OK, some may say that WCS is MJ) and a bonus for me is that I got to dance with Mel

So, many thanks to Lisa & David for the event and a special thanks to DD for a superb night of smooth music and for playing, without being asked, my current favourite WCS track: Tracy Chapman - Give Me One Reason.

What an excellent evening. . . the music was fab . . . . Some lovely dancers there and not horrendously crowded on the floor.

What more is there to say??

Judith and I went to this on Friday as we were on our way back from a conference and it was 'en route' back home. Agree with the comments above. Good variety of music (lots of Latin which was great!).

Went to Coppertops on Sat night and Sunday afternoon. Enjoyed both, though swelteringly hot (especially Saturday night). Lots of great dances, so thank you everyone.

It was interesting to see how the 'third room' would work. It was a good idea but it seemed a little strange to me to mix up WCS with Latin, as they are two completely different dance forms and styles. May have been better to keep a dedicated WCS room and mix up the Blues/Slower Latin together. Just a thought. But the idea of a third room was great.

As always we enjoyed Ian Selby's DJ'ing, both days.

Wow all I can say is FAB weekend.. Spent Sat day / evening at Northwich PRO AM champs and freestyle.. some great dances, some not so great but in retrospect maybe they weren't that bad... just competitive side of people taking over I think.... Great to catch up and compete with James Mc again... Even tho I think ours and Fletch's dance probably shocked the judges rather than get us anywhere! Good to meet some North West dancers.. felt a bit like a fish out of water at first but eventually settled in...

Sunday tea dance at Coppertops Worcester.... WOW! So worth not going home for! Amazing dances with lots of people and a few people especially Roll on Southport is all I can say... Amazing music.. some great compliments, stealing chocolate from 2tone, catching up with Sway, tagging / reliving Southport June 08 with Bandana James etc, LOVED it, LOVED it!!!! Been on such a high all day!

Absolutely loved the West Coast Swing workshop in Gloucester on Sunday.

Simon is a fab teacher, excellent music, yummy cakes, air conditioned venue.

What more could a girl want.

Don't think I can wait until the next one, though. Am well and truly hooked.

Are you still open to offers from mere mj mortals ?

(Or have you gained passage into another trancendential otherworldley state of dance ?)
