Beach Ballroom 26th/27th

I was looking for an existing thread about this weekend, but couldn't find one...

For those who are coming up, the Chinese State Circus is here until the 26th (camped out on Queens Links - between the Patio Hotel and the sea, in-front of the beach ballroom)

BTW just as a reminder - everything (parties and workshops) is at the Beach Ballroom this time.

Unfortunately since the date changed I can't attend the saturday party.

Which is a shame cause its aways good laugh. Might turn up for the sunday night party tho.

Teaching and DJing on the Saturday night in Edinburgh, so unfortunately will miss the Saturday night. But will be there on Sunday night to DJ

Twirly and I will not be there this time unfortunately. I think if I suggested to Twirly that we fly up to Scotland that weekend I'd be liable to get my arm ripped out at the socket and beaten soundly about the head and body with the soggy end.

I'm supposed to collect the engagement ring this weekend (finally finished making it) .. must be careful not to lose a finger or two when I hand it to her on Saturday

Will be a shame not to see my Scottish friends though.. I'll be there in spirit* though

I would offer, but we're only going to be there on the Sunday, and I can't guarantee both cakes will make it through Saturday intact.

Are you OK with eggs and dairy milk?- the brownies have them in the recipe. I have already made a note to change the butter to margerine I can always bake you a batch of flapjacks all to yourself if you don't take them.
