    Another thought - has Twirly changed your diet? The thickness of your hair is a running record of the quality of your nutrition at the time it grew. By moving to hard water area you'll be drinking more calcium salts, which is finding its way into you hair. Eating better food will also produce stonger hair.

    I'm lucky if a Mach 3 blade lasts a week

    ok Fess up.. who dug this one up with a poll post?? hehe.. just as well, I'd not seen FM's post above. As Twirly says i went from a single bloke who couldn't be bothered to cook and was best friends to the microwave and local junk food shops.. to living in a multicultural city with a very health concious vegetarian who loves good food and loves to cook..

    Having grown a beard for the first time ever, I thought I'd look at a few related threads and change my votes.
