    Re: Hammersmith Skool Disco 08

There is an ordinary Hammermith this Saturday 12th July.

The Skool disco is not till the 26th July

    Hope this hasn't caused confusion.

Themed events - what's the point??? (that's a no from me)

Maybe dressing up is fun, but at Daventry - why were so many men wearing baggy superman outfits and looking downright pathetic?

You don't have to dress up if you don't want to tsh.

Lory made a great headmistress last time. Very scary.

In my schoolgirl costume i came over all mischevious and bitchy and out of character.

I understand now why it's easier for actors once they are in costume.

The flyer and the emails from Ceroc HQ say dressing up is required.

That reminds me, after the event, I left my cane in the car and completely forgot about it, until I got some very strange looks and some sniggers from the guys at the car wash.

I was about to explain but decided instead to brazen it out and said, just make sure you do a good job!

Hmm, I'd have thought people who wear hats when dancing would be on pretty shaky ground criticising the outfits of other dancers.

Their event, their rules. If you don't like it, stay away. I will.

We can’t force people to dress up but we try our hardest to get people to dress up as it is fun you should try it!

well i would happily pay 12 pounds for a hammersmith freestyle, it has everything to make a good night, every time it's on.

i loved their christmas party freestyle and if the skool disco is anything like that then it is sure to be a fantastic night!

its a shame i can't go, im seeing my auntie in essex.
