Female Dance Shoes for Wide Feet

I have really wide feet and I'm finding it very difficult to find dress dance shoes for wide feet. Does anyone know of a website that sells wide fitting dance shoes?

Heavenly Dance Shoes will make shoes to fit the width of your feet. They are based in Watford but you can trace round your feet on paper and post it to them with your order. That's what I did and theirs are my comfiest dance shoes!

As above They make the best shoes ever and they are not too expensive!
If you can get to the shop its great as they have so much choice and they are so helpful! But call before you go as they are not always there.

Thanks for the help. Will have a look on the website and see what's available. I'm a triple EEE in width so its a total nightmare!

Heavenly hand make the shoes to your specification - so you can choose any of their styles in your size. And because all of them are made from scratch, you can customise them, or come up with your own design.

Lots of forumites have Heavenly shoes. And some of us have lots of them.

If you see them at an event, try on Standout Dancewear's shoes as they might do (and a bit cheaper than Heavenlies). I have the opposite problem, very narrow feet, and when I ordered my usual size, I swear I could have fitted the toes of both feet under the front part! Even when Balca kindly bought the next size down to Southport for me to try, they were still too wide. Was admiring someone's shoes at Greenwich last Tuesday, and turned out that she had wide feet and was wearing a pair from Standout.

have you thought of trying a pair of these??
they need something on the bottom to help them spin and slide but it will certainly help with the wide feet problem

    They wouldn't help me.

I have wide feet at the front, and narrow feet at the back.

    Sling backs just slip off.

Standout Dancewear will be at Club Ceroc's Uxbridge Venue on Thursday 17th July.

I was in Heavenly today & Sandie mentioned you. Make sure you send her the drawing of around your feet. She can definitely tell from that whether her wide fitting will fit you.

I have very wide feet too, definitely recommend Heavenly but if you want split trainers/jazz shoes/boots - Freeds are wide fitting and most of their leather shoes have a wide fitting option too.

Equity specialise in wide-fitting dance shoes - I'm not sure about EEE but they definitely do E and EE. The quality is excellent, but the styles are very limited and tend to be a bit old-fashioned. They are very comfy though.

I have a pair of 'wide-fit' Heavenlies, but they are not particularly wide at all, especially the open-toe opening (which is smaller than my standard-width shoes)! Definitely nowhere near EEE, so you would probably do best to phone and see if they can do something specific for you.

Good luck - it's not easy finding comfortable shoes if you have tricky feet!
