Another pre-poll thread, this time for the weekend of 4th/5th/6th July (for people to suggest events they're interested in, before the moderators make it into a poll in advance of the weekend itself).

If you want an event to be in the poll, mention it on this thread, and please use the format as described by Lory below. Don't leave it to the last minute - the moderators usually seem to create the poll around Tuesday, so it's helpful if events can be mentioned on here before then.

I've only been to DanceRiviera freestyles at Dance Junction in Rochester, but it's a fantastic new dance studio and well worth the journey.

Just a gentle reminder for those hoping to travel to Daventry via the M40/A43 on Saturday that the A43 will be closed at Brackley all weekend for the British GP at Silverstone

I'll be at the qualifying on Saturday (which means it's unlikely I'll be at Daventry )

Basically you need to avoid Towcester and the A43. Luckily however it is relatively easy to do this in order to get to Daventry so it should not put people off coming (except Helen )
