Spoken, its not too bad as its simply a misprounciation of the contraction 'could've'. It does show that a lack of understanding of basic grammar is much more obvious in written form.

I'm recruiting for 3 vacancies, where I'm mostly looking at new science graduates. I receive six CVs (which is low, but quite normal). Two of the CVs are written well, without any icky SPaG, but don't have any experience or quite the right degree. Two are riddled with errors, but the candidates have the right degree, at least. The final two are written in 'txt spk', but the candidates are otherwise perfect.

Based on the stereotype of doctor's handwriting and notes, these last two sound absolutely perfect.

Not really. I read that as meaning that moderators wouldn't discuss their decisions on the open forum, not that members cannot discuss it.
Which would mean that you, Mr. Bailey, have just broken your own rules.
