    Thumbs up Upcoming late finish Ceroc Central Saturday free-styles

    There are three notable upcoming free style events here in the midlands on consecutive Saturdays in July. All have late finishes and the promise of great music so there are some tough choices to be made unless you are going to do all three. Full details are on the Ceroc Central web-site but the important details are as follows;

    July 5th, Daventry, two rooms, Marc and Rachel DJ'ing in the blues room, Rob Ambridge almost certainly in the main room, 3:00 am finish, tickets £11 in advance on-line or £15 on the door. I really enjoyed the last Daventry event, especially the blues room, so I am looking forward to this one provided they don't shut the main room until at least 1:00 am or 1:30 am so that hordes of people don't invade the blues room when the main room shuts demanding faster music

    July 12th, Rugby Indian Centre, monthly freestyle, just the one room but this time there is a late finish at 2:00 am Marc and probably Rachel DJ'ing, tickets £9 on the door.

    July 19th, Leicester University (new venue), two room event including an air conditioned blues room, 3:00 am finish, DJ's Marc, Rob A and Oxo (what a line up), tickets £10 in advance on-line or £12 on the door. I've not been to this new venue but the room being used for the blues room looks really nice.

    So which is it to be folks or are you like me likely to do all three?

    I think you forgot to add none to your poll or was it an advert?

    Booked for Daventry.

    Might do Leicester.

    Oh and more clubs should do late finishes imo.

    Not an advert - just so happens that these three freestyles are all within pretty easy reach of where I live and all happen to have DJ's that play the sort of music I like and all have late finishes which I also like. Wouldn't have hesitated to include a non- Ceroc event if there had been one nearby I was aware of which had all these features. No objection if the moderators want to add a "none" option to the poll.
