CTA (old?) colour scheme for instructors moves packs was (if I remember correctly):

    ? - Beginner Course
    Green - Intermediate Course
    White - Rest/Advanced
Amber - Gentle drops / mini aerials - to be taught under caution and with a safe alternative
Red - v complex moves, aerials, bid drops. NOT to be taught, for instructors personal use only.

If I thought that would help I'd have buried at least 3 local instructors by now

There is a big difference between intelligence and knowledge. I like to think I'm very intelligent but know very little. A bit like a huge library with hardly any books - it's got soft comfy sofas, magazines with nice pictures and a coffee bar where you can just sit and chill. You might even find yourself nodding off from time to time.

On the subject of all the other stuff. I had no idea Now I know. Put the book covering the whole story on the coffee table over there in the history section and we'll use it as a coaster, spill a few lattes over it to stick the pages together and never speak of it again
