If only I'd known back then about your ability to fall asleep at the drop of a hat.
I did wonder why settling your daughter back to sleep was taking soooo long

Agree with Twirlie Bird on this as well. Most I've done was drive the 2 hours back from Bedford one night, on my own, pre-sat nav (so got lost!), and I didn't enjoy the return trip (visited friends on the way up, so that was fine). Now I'd want company and preferably a place to stay (will be looking forward to a DTS breakfast the next time as I've heard they're ). Am also willing to put people up on the sofabed.

It also depends on the night the freestyle is on. I've not gone to the likes of Utopia and Ashtons simply because they are on a Friday, and I don't have the energy to get there after work. Either one would probably take me an hour + there and a bit less coming back, so not that far geographically. If they were on a Saturday, I'd go.

Of course being in London, it's easier as freestyles are much more abundant. Might be more willing to travel further if I lived elsewhere. And being in SE London, to get anywhere other than the SE can take an age as you've got to get through/round London first.

I am hoping to go to the freestyle there on the 16th August, will be taking my daughter, sister and neice with me. Really looking forward to going home,[ that is Co Mongahan, still call it home ] and being there for my birthday this year.
