Hey Peeps
Does any one who attends ceroc in scotland know whats on in July and Aug, i have a few keen dancers who would like to do some traveling and if i am free i would like to come along too.
I dont see anything on the website but those in the Know could pass on their knowledge to me and my dancers.
(big kisses and cuddles for any helpful people)..... mmmm.... *drathzel tries to decide whether that will Encourage or DIScourage people*

19th/20th of July there's the Beach Ballroom event with Lucky & Ruby teaching. (Shame I'll miss it.)
Late August, I think there's a new Edinburgh weekend event, in the same style as the Beach Ballroom events, at the Corn Exchange.
I'm sure Sheena will be able to fill in the gaps...

Well, Summer is set to be our busiest and best in Scotland ever. As Ducasi mentioned, there is the Beach Ballroom in July (19th/20th) with Lucky & Ruby. I'm flying them all the way from the States to be able to learn from their fab classes as I kept missing them at Blaze and other week-enders. We're also organising 2 special week-ends in August. I've typed a summary of the parties / events in Scotland over the Summer below (highlighting in Bold the important ones)

- Friday 20th June: Aberdeen Party
- Saturday 28th June: Edinburgh Party
- Sunday 29th June: Edinburgh Tea-dance
JULY
- Saturday 5th July: Dundee Party at the Bonar Halls.

AUGUST
- Saturday 2nd August: Dundee Party at the Bonar Halls.

- Sunday 10th August: Edinburgh Tea-dance
- Friday 15th August: Aberdeen Party
- Saturday/Sunday 16th/17th August: Stirling Albert Halls, Workshops with guest teacher (to be confirmed soon) and party in the Albert Halls over the week-end (2 rooms)
- Saturday/Sunday 30th/31st August: Edinburgh Corn Exchange Week-end with guest teachers: Stefano & Alexandra from Tango in Action. Stefano and Alexandra are regular visitors to Scotland and have taught brilliant workshops at the Beach Ballroom in the past, I can't wait to learn from them again.

Also well chuffed that there's a full weekend's dancing for my birthday (you organised it specially didn't ya Franck ) - what better way to spend my 25th!

well i am coming if it means driving from stranraer!!!! Its convincing others to do the same!!!
wait wait wait..... hold the phone....
the second workshop on the sunday.... what time does it end? Just checked the last one (just passed) and it said it finished at 1.30pm. Is this the general format?
The last workshop should finish at 1pm but we are considering having a bbq-spitroast-outdoor dance (weather permitting ) on the Sunday afternoon between 2pm and 6pm.
Edinburgh airport might give you more flexibility re flight times.
