On Sunday I am off to the London Palladium to see,.....wait for it ....... the Rubettes, Sweet & Showaddywaddy.

The Glasgow party is On Tour that night and will be held in Perth at The Hangar, Perth Airport, Scone

Just noticed this, does it mean Franck has given up on party nights in Glasgow, I can't see many Glasgow folk going to Perth.

That said, me and Jacqui and 7 others from Glasgow are going to Scone Public Hall, Perth, on Sunday 15th to Lisa's WCS workshop.

I've done the last three Glasgow party nights. They are great. Rutherglen is due soon, I hope.

Based on its "tour" around Glasgow and now up to Perth in the past few months, I guess there's been a problem finding a regular venue for the Glasgow parties.

Compared to all the parties and tea dances in Edinburgh, I can't help feeling Glasgow is being neglected a bit, but hopefully this will balance out soon.

I believe the Glasgow party is back in Rutherglen next month though. Maybe see you there...

Just wanted to say what a great time I had at Utopia on Friday night.

Thankyou to all the ladies I danced with for my dances. Some truly took me back to the feeling I used to get dancing at Kent House many moons ago (great venue).

Unfortunately I had to duck out at about 11:30 as I was in a fair amount of pain after having been knocked off my bike on Thursday evening.

Still, a great night with some fab music. Thanks everyone involved.
