    My SuperSweet Sixteen- MTV

Not sure if any one has watched this but with my injury have time to watch lots of tv.

Basically, programme of extremely spoilt 15 year old's being spoilt with the most lavish birthday parties.

Kids are hideous but programme is compulsive viewing, catch it on MTV one.

It certainly is car crash TV. Any more than about 10 minutes of it makes me nauseous though. Hope you're feeling better soon Mick

yes ive seen it. And trust me, there are plenty of kids treated like that out in the grand ole USA. Its sickening and to be quite honest i agree with Stokie, if i do happen to switch it on, i switch it off within 10mins as an urge of throwing my TV out of the window almost overcomes me.

I mean, one kid, a girl, got a massive party, her mother gave her (family tradition) a 7 kt diamond ring handed down from mother to daughter and she says, great but there better be more. Next daddy comes up with another ring box that is holding a key to a 100k BMW and she finally cracks a smile. I love you daddy she says.

Honestly somebody give me a spoon so i can scrape my brain out of my head.

Children don't know they are poor, when they are loved.

Cupboard love, as my mother used to say.

(where people/animals only show affection because of what they are given - typical example is affection shown by cat or dog about to be fed and trying to keep on your good side)
