I did see you across the room at the new chigwell freestyle as well i didnt get time to come say hello though was too busy dancing
What did you think of chigwell?
Hi Marin - yes nice to meet you and Babs.

Chigwell (new venue) was good fun (well it (dancing) always is).

I had my visa prepared for entry into Essex for the first time and it all went ok with minimal delay at the entry points (I bribed the security geezer with a pair of white stilletos I picked up from the market the day before).

Music was much better than the night before (Robin seemed much happier) - and had some nice dances.....

SunnyBunny nice to see you - only one dance - did you go early??

The floor was --- different. Someone said it was sprung - but to me it seemed like industrial grade concrete.

Bit of a trek from St. Albans - so debatable whether I would go again (versus, say, Watford).

Leave early ? - pah !!! I was there to the bitter end , and beyond, spreading myself around a bit (I only had one dance with Martin as well). In fact, I probably had more dances there than at the previous night at Utopia............

Yes, the floor was pretty er solid - although it was nice & slippy. Am I the only person who, given the choice, would rather dance on the the nice springy temporary stuff they put down on top of carpet at weekenders ?

All in all, I thought the Chigwell freestyle was a very friendly affair and I hope that it becomes a regular Ceroc Metro fixture (the fact that it is on my doorstep is a particular bonus).

I wasnt too sure about the floor either as it seemed in some parts it was too slippy Barbs almost fell over at the top end in the middle

I do like Utopia, but I can't pre-book and pay for nights out...I never know until the last minute whether I can get out of the house or not, so pre-booking is never going to be an option for me unfortunately.

out with it, which caused the problem?
the hands full, thus nothing to catch his ## with?
    or
the mouth full and couldn't slag him?

Hammersmith was great last night - not too crowded.

The teacher was from "up north". I think he was called H or Humphrey.

He didn't half give me a good dance.

    Anyone know where he's from?
