    The spelling of spiky

    A minor thing !

It has been about a year since I joined the forum and the spelling of my name was laughed at.

The question is how to spell spiky. Constantly it is written as spikey. However dictionary.com states the following
    No results found for spikey.

Did you mean Spiky (in dictionary)

    Dictionary.com

Should I yield to the greater community and change it or stick with the dictionary?

    Thanks in advance.

    Steve

    The Oxford English Dictionary says:

    spiky - adj
    2. easily offended or annoyed

Does that sound about right, Steave?

    Here's my advice.

Stop thinking that anyone on the forum remotely gives a flying fook how you spell your name and stop taking up thread space asking for our advice.

    Hope that helps.

    Could be.

This is the meaning of Spikey from the urban dictionary.

    I quite like this

spikeylike the term horny, when you feel the urge to have sex really badly. Spikey is derived from the sharp pointy horns of a devil.
I started kissing my girlfriend Michelle all over her body and we both got extremely spikey.

I don;y think your girlfiend needs to be called Michelle though.

    Thanks

    Steeve

Lol. Think this was my Fault.

Actually I was talking to a non posting forumite at a WCS event on Sunday and You were mentioned. I said do you mean "SPIKY" (SPICKIE) STEVE and she said something like. Oh yeah I noticed that too.

That was my point. All year I'm not sure if one person has spelt it correctly although it's great to be mentioned most times.

Haven't seen many posts from Franck recently... But even fewer from you. Welcome back to the dark side.
