Re: Women 'not allowed' to lead at Ceroc?

I wonder what the position would be legally, in terms of sex discrimination, if an MJ company/venue allowed women to be both leads and follows, but not men?

I can't see anyone feeling strongly enough to take it to court (they'll just vote with their feet, as illustrated above), but I can't help but wonder what the outcome would be.

And is there any way of changing the culture so that people no longer feel that it's weird to dance with a member of their own gender?

Just shove it in there faces week in week out. Sandbach got converted as no-one batters an eyelid now.

Next is Nantwich - might be tougher to crack.
