    Kirriemuir weekend

    Hello everyone!

Am sure those of you who are going to the focus weekend in Kirriemuir are already looking forward to it. It will be a good weekend!

I was wondering if anyone happens to have a space left in their car and could give me a lift maybe? Either from Dundee (My train would arrive in Dundee at 3pm) or from Glasgow.

Thanks very much in advance for your responses!

    Have a lovely weekend!

    cheers

    Anica

Ah, darling, you should come to a proper weekender... Try Blaze or Southport!

But I must agree (although I just went up to Kirrimuir for the Saturday night party), I had a fantastic time! Thanks for setting up the second room, Franck! Absolutely brilliant music played in both rooms (thanks Trampy and Tiggerbabe!), so I kept running back and forth between the two, occasionally stopping off to chill in the 'hotshot corner' .

Thanks for the fab dances; it was really lovely to meet you ; I had a really good night too . I'm very sad to see Little Yellow Fish go though, she'll be missed.

Saturday night late party at Kirriemuir was fab for me! That's the latest I've ever danced to (didn't know I had it in me). Thanks to everyone who danced with me and all the chill out chats as well - it's really lovely getting to know you all
Thanks to Trampy, Tiggerbabe and Franck for making such a great atmosphere in both rooms. Your dance was worth waiting for Franck....
Thanks to Aurion for managing to stay awake on the drive home...Our dances just get better and better

Lots of lovely dances, chatting to old and new friends, and a special thanks to FH and Freya for all of the girlie goings-on in my room

Thanks! Really enjoyed our dances too.

I had lots of lovely dances in fact. Unfortunately tiredness got the better of me, which is why I was also sometimes found hiding in "hotshot corner", and left quite early. I'm told the night went on until 4am, yeah?

Sorry to those whom I missed. Hope to catch up with you soon.

Talking of missing – was good to see the Little Yellow Fish, but disappointed it'll be the last time for a while. Good luck down in Oz!

Thanks to Bat Nurse and Shiny Wee Star for their hospitality on the night, and to Ali for putting up with me.

I didn't mention that in my last post but thanks for setting that up. I reckon the one room would have been too busy had you not set that up so thanks for realizing and acting on that ; it made a world of difference.

Sorry to Tiggerbabe for needing to work on a night she though she had off though (though it's been ages since I've heard some Tori Amos at a night {CJ playing Leather a year and a bit back at Southport was the last time} so thanks for playing that ).

    Re: Kirriemuir weekend

Had a great time at my second Kirriemuir weekend, looking forward to the next one...

Had lots of great dances, thanks to all, both rooms were great and worked well with the chillout zone between them.

Who would ever have thought the Coco Pops Advert would be used in a Musicality workshop.. and it definately made some dances great fun - although it is still running through my head !!!

Great to see many friends again from the last Kirriemuir weekend and to make more new ones. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Franck, Sheena can we get the receipe for the punch - it had quite a kick!!

Thanks - a great party! I had a great time, with some fab dances. Special thanks to Louisa for our blues room dance . And to Trampy for the WCS - it was good fun, if a little scary after only 3 classes!!

TPH - I loved our dances, as always

I don't think I had a bad dance all night though, so thanks to all.

    Re: Kirriemuir weekend

Just getting back to the forum properly again (!) and want to say I also had a great weekend! I've got lots to think about and practise from the workshops and had tons of fun at the parties, from pole dancing with a chair (never thought I'd see the day) to the "non-existent birdie dance". Thank you to everyone I danced with. It was lovely to get to know people better over the weekend too.

And what a result! Thanks Freya for doing me too.

I must have spaced out at this bit as I have no idea what you all keep going on about.
