Blaze includes Classes, Freedance, dinner, bed & breakfast, socialising, friends unlimited. What more can I ask?
The price is incredible value for money.
I am very confused by the different costs of weekenders
In this country Modern Jive weekenders are definitely the cheapest and the best value, especially if you do all the workshops (If you just go for the social, you need to cost it accordinly.)
You have to take into account workshops, accomodation, food and music (be it bands or DJs)
Swing events in this country are IMO very over priced compared with the event in the States. Most of which you have to pay for accomodation separately and sometimes without a choice
Salsa, Tango & Rock 'n' Roll are possibly in the same price range
What do you think ??

That date is recognized as her official birthday.

The only weekenders I have to compare are Butlins and Haven camps when I used to take the children for the weekend.
Butlins was very expensive, it cost almost £1,000 for 6 days over Xmas and new year, this was a few years ago. 2 adults me and mom and the two children, yes we got food (not good) but heck this was a lot of money.
the Haven camp sites were a lot cheaper in a caravan, and better value.
but no MJ dancing,
we did get 'hot chocolate' the group at Butlins.
We got the Drifters at Breeze.
IMHO our weekenders a very good value, but shhhhh we don't want them putting up the price.
And travel. I recall several times when it only cost me about £25 return to get to Southport - that was flight, bus and train added together! Now its more like £70 as the flights have gone up.
Same price range as Swing or MJ? I know salsa events are more expensive than MJ.
Three of the Ceroc weekenders I went on only cost me £29 each - incredible value, but not a level that was sustainable.
So I'm doing less weekenders this year - max of 4 planned at the moment.
No, that included accomodation, sharing with one other in a one bedroom chalet, bathroom, kitchen etc.
I've been on weekenders that included food and nice as it was, I'd rather just have a kitchen and cook when I feel like eating as my eating and sleeping times tend to be a bit different from the usual!
I thought I was old£29 included your accomodation
Incredible value right enough.
29 quid for a weekender is a bargain.
£149 for a weekender is still a bargain.
