LEROC Trademark

It’s simply to protect the mark or marks that are registered to the company and myself.

If someone should infringe the mark or mark’s I think great consideration will be exercised before action is taken by both myself and the Trade Mark Agents, the reason for the post was simply to inform people of the recent developments.

What exactly is 'the mark' or 'marks' and how would one going about infringing one?

Is it the Logo and how its written, or is it the generic name?

Interesting. I've only read the first few pages but this paragraph caught my eye.

more than that I imagine. I think there was at least 4 at one time. I started at Leroc myself.

I have just scanned the first 6 pages.
It appears to my untrained intellect that Billy's application should have failed on a number of points.
It also appears that the IPO were not doing their job properly in granting registration.

and got this response:

The protection provided is for the image that is on the register and for the goods and services listed.
The text is just clarifying the letters within the images.

Ah, that makes sense. So it's not the word itself, just that particular stylisation of the word, which is trademarked.
