The teacher and demo always stay to the end of freestyle here.

Well , we will find out now that Ceroc Metro have lost Mick Wenger on a Thursday won't we..
Or shall we also say that as they lost Jon Brett too, that also has a bearing on it ? :-)

Each teacher has their stengths and weaknesses. But to discover what they are, you need to have some stability for a while.
I think that each set of "regulars" at a venue (or perhaps each venue?) will also have a set of strengths and weaknesses. But for a teacher to identify them and work with them, they need some stability for a while.

So I would say it's good to refresh every now & again, but only every now & again.

What about the DJ? Is it more important/less important to have stability from week to week with the music than with the teaching?

Personally I like a variety of teachers. They all have their own individual strengths and weaknesses, and even when they teach the same thing they do it in a slightly different way which can enhance technique.

On the business level the beginner retention varies a great deal between teachers, even when all are working from a similar script. A good one can make all of the difference to a venue.

I suspect a valuable trait is the ability to get a class laughing, that relaxes the newcomers.

    I'm all for variety.

Plus if you don't jive with your venue DJ it would be a good thing.
