What can the matter be?

Everytime I try to give rep or post a quick reply, it tells me I don't have permission and I need to refresh and log in again. I had a look at the FAQs, but can't find an answer. Wondering what the problem is and can anyone help?

When you log in, do you tick the box that says "keep me logged in"? If not, that could be why. If I log in on a different computer and forget to tick it, I sometimes have problems with posting messages properly.

But if you have, then you'll need someone geekier than me to help.
