    Slendertone

Simple question ... does it work? I'd always thought it was a big joke, then I saw something that looked similar being recommended in a Men's Health Mag. Can it make any lasting difference?

That seems to imply that things which appear in men's health mags are automatically less suspect ..?

Fair comment I suppose, given that I've read a number of articles that seem to concur with my understanding of the world, I give them some credence. I'm hopefully going to track down my old personal trainer to help me get rig of my beer belly and man boobs and so may ask him ... when I manage to get him to answer his bl**dy phone.

    Why get a personal trainer?

    Eat less, move more.

    End of story.

In a word yes they do work.... The problem? You have to remember to put them on everyday....
I believe they system you can wear while exercising is the best one to go for, even if it does cost a a years gym membership in one go!
