Is the "choice" of what to have for dinner really a decision?

Just had rubarb crumble and custard, sorry S38

my fluffy thoughts are with Soughport at the moment, what do I still need to do?

droped off the 'T' shirts at the printer, need to get them back on Thursday after my Pysyo.

    Having my bits waxed tomorrow

Need to pick up the cakes for the 'Fletcherette's to eat late at night at Southport. tomorrow

How many tins of chocolates should I buy ?

Shall I take any sexy underware? or will I be to busy dancing and the snuggleing in the cold challet in my Fluffy PJ's to put it on.

    oooo its all go

    the world acording to Fletch

    amen

Fresh haddock from the man from Grimsby with a van. Cooked in tomato sauce with some homemade breadcrumbs, broc and pots. Washed down with a crisp white.

    What a lovely gentle thread!

I'm dying to know - What did you have for your tea in the end?

Bread and cheese for me, cheese for one of the cats (hide her nightly tablet in it), and mealworms for the bats.

I think ‘her in doors’ cooked pasta with fish, fresh tuna out of a tin with spices

I haven’t got over the ‘im still hungry’ so I then had two bowls of cereal

Paul McKenna would suggest I drink a pint of water if I feel Hungary, then if im still hungry eat

However at present I still don’t drink any water. Lost 10lbs this year so far but not sure if it notices, need to exercise more

Funny when I went off the wagon and open a huge packet of dry roasted peanuts from Christmas I felt I was swallowing cholesterol and threw them away

Before id thought nothing of eating the whole lot

Re: The fluffy thoughts thread (for those that dont do religion or science)

Had lunch today with a colleague and a client who runs a chinese restaurant.

We had dim sum - among the dishes were duck tongues in hot sauce.

Well, I think it's important to be adventurous with food, so...

...I am now able to advise all forumites not to eat duck tongues. Bleagh!

Not until I had chewed and swallowed the first one did I see my (chinese) colleague spit the bones out of the tongue he was eating. Wurrp! I thought it had seemed a little...crunchy

Then the owner of the restaurant joined us, and chattered away in chinese. "What did she say?" I asked Dave. "She said she was surprised to see you eating duck tongues - even she can't eat them!!"

Which reminded me of a guy who once told me that the only country you can (i) eat (ii) drink and (iii) 'be' is...............Turkey.

I asked him about the drink - and he said - that is 'Wild Turkey' of course.

(I was thinking about liquidising a turkey as the other alternative).

I haven't got any fluffy PJ's but if I had some, I'd definitely bring them!

Sounds like you are doing pretty well. Pasta and tuna is healthy, and cereal is better than biscuits or crisps. And it's great that you decided to ditch those peanuts - it proves that your body is telling you when something is a bad idea!
