Had lunch today with a colleague and a client who runs a chinese restaurant.
We had dim sum - among the dishes were duck tongues in hot sauce.
Well, I think it's important to be adventurous with food, so...
...I am now able to advise all forumites not to eat duck tongues. Bleagh!
Not until I had chewed and swallowed the first one did I see my (chinese) colleague spit the bones out of the tongue he was eating. Wurrp! I thought it had seemed a little...crunchy
Then the owner of the restaurant joined us, and chattered away in chinese. "What did she say?" I asked Dave. "She said she was surprised to see you eating duck tongues - even she can't eat them!!"

Which reminded me of a guy who once told me that the only country you can (i) eat (ii) drink and (iii) 'be' is...............Turkey.
I asked him about the drink - and he said - that is 'Wild Turkey' of course.
(I was thinking about liquidising a turkey as the other alternative).
Is Gerry having plucked chicken for his tea tomorrow then?
Sorry, I couldn't resist!
I haven't got any fluffy PJ's but if I had some, I'd definitely bring them!Shall I take any sexy underware? or will I be to busy dancing and the snuggleing in the cold challet in my Fluffy PJ's to put it on.
