For one thing I have an irrational fear of churches and go to pieces at family weddings etc. so I couldn't go and sit in a church every week! And for another I don't think that children should be taught a specific religion in school, and would not want my children being taught to believe in something without being given the freedom to make their own decision. They should be taught about the religions of the world in a non-biased way certainly, but not taught to believe one in particular. If parents wish their children to learn about their religion I think they should take them to special classes, Sunday school etc. out of normal school hours.
