Re: Best and Worst of Xmas presents

My sister (Trouble) bought me one of those foot spa's a few years ago. Went straight in to the loft. My Neighbour said she was looking for one last year so i was pleased to give her the one that was gathering dust in the loft.

She came over for coffee a few weeks later and told me she had got rid of said foot spa. Apparently the foot spa was so noisy when switched on, it was making her teeth itch and her son cry.

I had a relative who used to give me a toothbrush as my present - every year until she died. And I had to write a thank-you note!

Last year my brother bought me some playdough. He even left the price sticker still on (£1.50). He must have misheard me when I said I was interested Plato

My first present for this year arrived by post this morning. Mini-me has bought me some gift vouchers for Heavenly Dance Shoes

How many nanoseconds did it take you to dump him after that?

My worst ever christmas present was from an ex-partner of mine. You ready for this - it was a vacuum cleaner and also two dish towels.

Ok.. My mum got an "interesting" present on Christmas Day... My auntie had bought and wrapped her the tin of John West salmon with the free bear....... ?????????? When we asked her on Boxing Day what it was all about she merely said that she thought my mum might like the bear.......

So a tin of salmon for Christmas... what next.......

    The best:
    My peridot necklace from Dan
    or
My fake boobs (no surgery required, just for that extra oomph when required)

    The wierdest:
    A dustpan and brush
    or
    A heart shaped frying pan

    The worst:
Slippers from Dans mum, they look like old people slippers to me

Possibly not the most age-appropriate toy ever...

Wow, high praise indeed (but I suppose I shouldn't get carried away since you were only 36 hours and 17 minutes into the year when you read it).
