If I'd taken my secure id tag thingy with me, I'd be looking at the beach and the sun, while sipping cocktails by the pool in Gran Canaria.
But instead I'm looking at a dirty heap that reminds me I must get my car washed.
Where I sit I have a view towards the northeast of Glasgow, with the Royal Infirmary and the Cathedral in the foreground.
From the other side of the building we have a view across the roofs of Glasgow City Centre, out towards the West End. Get to see some stunning sunsets from here.
I guess there are some benefits to working in a tower-block.

I have a lovely view of some Pampas grass growing outside my office window. Beyond that though is usually a long queue of traffic trying to get into Reading town centre.
The inside of eyeballs usually.
I can see Jodrell Bank.
