Good to hear from you Jamie, shame about the camera though, it would've been great to have some pics as well.

Keep in touch.. I'm sure you will!

    Take care

Yeah same as Belgium , try picking up a bit of chicken and bread no chance

Id stick to the cat food

Frogs legs ,snails ,goose fat and raw meat. yum yum

At least they wash everything down with 12 pints of red wine

I asked for a steak to be cooked ‘well done’ over there , 3 times it went back as it was ‘raw’ , im the customer

Just to say good luck from me as well. I hardly know you but we have had three great dances and I am a big fan. You are the perfect Peter Pan - how lucky they were to find you. I am also looking forward to hearing more about your time in France. It reminds me a bit of my stay in Paris as a student on my own with less than perfect French. It was lonely for much of the time but also great fun and I had loads of visitors!

The food is great, especially the cakes and bread but also fantastic delicatessen stuff. I developed a passion for artichoke hearts! Memorable times included the best ever omelette cooked for me in a house/cafe? near Fontainbleau; topless sunbathing on the roof of a building with a fantastic view of Paris; having cheap wine served in a cooler by a charming waiter near the Pompidou centre and eating snails at the Deux Maggots with some strange man? Most of all I remember the crazy French people I met - every day was a drama (usually involving an illicit liaison of some kind), preferably washed down with a glass of champagne!

Can't wait to hear more about your big adventure and why is everyone else French and just you English? Do you have much speaking to do or is it mainly dancing?
