Was hoping to get to this but my mum is 60 and is having a family meal on that Sunday... Never mind....
Tsk, tsk, how inconsiderate!
Two of my friends (both dancers!) decided to get married on the Saturday of the first Blaze weekender. Some people just don't think, do they...
(I went to both, though. Friday at Blaze, Saturday at wedding, then got back to Blaze for the last hour or so of dancing on Saturday night, then all day at Blaze on Sunday. Fab weekend!)
It is highly unlikely that I will make this Blaze, but you're in for a real treat with Mario and Samantha . Tell them I said Hi!
Well, I'm glad to say, I'm planning to attend my first Blaze. I get to spend half my week in Glasgow these days through work, so getting there won't be a problem. I'm really looking forward to it!
I can now confirm that we have successfully extended the dancing time to 4.00am (instead of 2.00am) which means a lot more dancing for everyone, and still time for some great after party parties.
I know some of you are 'all night dancing' junkies, but with such teachers as Mario Robau Jr, Amir Giles, Paul Farrell, Dale St Rose, Christina Devine, etc. I'm pretty sure many of you will want to do at least a few classes!
I'm currently working on the classes programme and hoping to publish it in the next few weeks. Most of the accommodation is almost sold out now, so if you haven't booked yet, don't delay...
Franck.
There's an A.P.P. for that!
Yay!!!
Oooooh, I hope Amir's classes and Mario's classes won't clash!I know some of you are 'all night dancing' junkies, but with such teachers as Mario Robau Jr, Amir Giles, Paul Farrell, Dale St Rose, Christina Devine, etc. I'm pretty sure many of you will want to do at least a few classes!
Can't wait! It's going to be great!!!
Funnily enough, Amir asked for the same thing as he is keen to do Mario's classes (and wants to book a private lesson with him too)
Unfortunately, whilst the later finish is great news, Haven also insisted that we could not bring any food (or drink) in the Dance halls over the week-end, so the cake eating will have to be reserved for caravans or picnics...

Oh well a bit of a balancing act then, more dancing but no cake
Well there's a new line, come back to my caravan for some cake
Did they give a reason for this? Were there any complaints after the last 2 about cake crumbs in the carpet? I could understand if I was bringing second-rate hot-dogs in that they might feel their market was being poached but I didn't see any LemonCake (TM) - or any sort of cake- stands run by them!
Hmph!
