Sorry, yes you are right. Did not mean to mislead anyone, I was only looking at the Gold

That puts you somewhat above the rest of us.
Can a silver rated dancer still ask for at least a dance a night?
Otherwise I might have to resort to meeting up with you in the classes. (PM from a while back)

    Tsk, tsk, how inconsiderate!

Two of my friends (both dancers!) decided to get married on the Saturday of the first Blaze weekender. Some people just don't think, do they...
(I went to both, though. Friday at Blaze, Saturday at wedding, then got back to Blaze for the last hour or so of dancing on Saturday night, then all day at Blaze on Sunday. Fab weekend!)

Wish I could do both... Bit too far to travel home for lunch and then back up tho!

It is highly unlikely that I will make this Blaze, but you're in for a real treat with Mario and Samantha . Tell them I said Hi!

...hey! I think you'll find we probably booked venue and date first... : next available date was over a year later and somehow attending our wedding or first Blaze wasn't really that difficult choice x

Only kidding! And it was a fab wedding, too! I had a great time, anyway.

Well, I'm glad to say, I'm planning to attend my first Blaze. I get to spend half my week in Glasgow these days through work, so getting there won't be a problem. I'm really looking forward to it!

I do like Blaze, though. It's much smaller than the other weekenders, and very friendly and relaxed. And the classes in October were fantastic!

Wooo, can't wait now. I wish it was May!
I can now confirm that we have successfully extended the dancing time to 4.00am (instead of 2.00am) which means a lot more dancing for everyone, and still time for some great after party parties.

I know some of you are 'all night dancing' junkies, but with such teachers as Mario Robau Jr, Amir Giles, Paul Farrell, Dale St Rose, Christina Devine, etc. I'm pretty sure many of you will want to do at least a few classes!

I'm currently working on the classes programme and hoping to publish it in the next few weeks. Most of the accommodation is almost sold out now, so if you haven't booked yet, don't delay...
    Franck.

    There's an A.P.P. for that!

    Hip Hip.....
We all knew that Franck would do his professional best to suit his clients.
I and I'm sure many others appreciate the work you put in behind the scenes.

Seems a shame I have to come home on Sunday night, but I'll try to make up for it on Fri/Sat.

    Well done boss man

I really wish I could make a repeat visit to Blaze as I had such a good time at the last one but sadly don't think it's gonna happen. Those of you doing Mario's classes are in for a treat.

Funnily enough, Amir asked for the same thing as he is keen to do Mario's classes (and wants to book a private lesson with him too)

Unfortunately, whilst the later finish is great news, Haven also insisted that we could not bring any food (or drink) in the Dance halls over the week-end, so the cake eating will have to be reserved for caravans or picnics...

Did they give a reason for this? Were there any complaints after the last 2 about cake crumbs in the carpet? I could understand if I was bringing second-rate hot-dogs in that they might feel their market was being poached but I didn't see any LemonCake (TM) - or any sort of cake- stands run by them!

    Hmph!
