But I was smart enough to figure it out!

possibly, but booking online has only just opened. And there is a big sign saying places from 59! On the main pricing page there is no mention of this, just usual prices.
There's a bit of a Scot in you.
I better make that a big choc.
Only a wee bit! Just trying to justify three southports in a year and a blaze. And if i can get it cheap i might be able to tempt Susie and Nic to come, as if i dont i probably wont go! So far, bar the few Scottish dancers i have got to know i dont know anyone who is going to blaze. I need friends to hold my hands in scary new places when im shy of asking people to dance
Hi Cat,
As was mentioned, booking was opened early for anyone who had attended the last Blaze in October and prices were discounted.
The £59 banner is added automatically to all escape websites, so I had no control over it. The cheapest price available is £89.00, or £99.00 for a single sharing with another 2 dancers (each get their own room in a 3 bedroom budget caravan).
I apologise for any confusion and I'm talking to our web developers about amending the automatic banner.
Franck.
There's an A.P.P. for that!
Cheers Frank, will just have to work on persuading the girls. By the way, do you know if you have got the full licence for Blaze this time? I heard last october the dancing finished at 2
I'm working on it, and currently at the mercy of the Resort General Manager who has to approve the special extension and apply in his name.
I am fairly optimistic, though in some ways the After Party Parties last October were even better as a result of the earlier finish.
Blaze is very much a different week-ender from all the other ones. We have a smaller number of dancers (gender balanced) giving you better access to the star teachers (and we do get great teachers and classes) as well as a more intimate setting where you can find dancers easily, fostering an very friendly and relaxed atmosphere!
I really hope you and your friends can make it, and I'm sure you'll know and recognise many people from Scotland and the Forum.

Ooooh, I do hope we'll get to dance more this time. 2am was far too early to stop!! Even with the great after party-parties. I need to dance until I can't stand upright any more!
I do like Blaze, though. It's much smaller than the other weekenders, and very friendly and relaxed. And the classes in October were fantastic!
Wooo, can't wait now. I wish it was May!
normally at weekenders i tend to be one of the ones getting chucked out at the end of the night so i like to dance longer but at Blaze this year i had so much fun and got to become more friendly with people as a result of the after parties. Also it meant that i could teach first thing without feeling too exhausted.
I think the previous Blaze when we finished at 4-5am was good too as the after parties werent as long but i was still not as knackered as i was at storm or breeze.
Did the dancing go on later at Breeze last year then? I don't think it went on much past 4am at the first Breeze and remember at Storm it finished at 4am. I thought the only places it went on all night were Franco's and Southport weekenders?
The advantage of earlier finishes at night means you can actually do the workshops during the day (I would also like good daytime freestyling as well) - without being shattered. Though staying up for after parties rather ruins that benefit!
The girls are persuaded and im coming! Yippee!
You won't regret it.
Blaze is a wonderful weekender. It is cosy and friendly and Franck and Sheena are the perfect hosts.
I hate early finishes but at Blaze in October it really didn't matter. The parties were fantastic and I got to meet so many great people.
Fingers crossed we will be able to attend.
