What is happening with Ceroc Central?

This is what little I have heard:

    - the franchise was bought by Mike Ellard several months ago
    - it is planned to split the franchise up into 3 separate smaller franchises
    - 2 of these are to be operated by new franchisees but Mike Ellard may still retain control of the other one
    - taxi dancers are back
    - er...that's about it

So not much in the way of details then. Can anyone confirm the above?, does anyone know more they can share at this stage? Why has there been no announcement? What are the implications? What changes can we expect to see?

Rumours, facts, speculations....this is the place to post 'em.

AFIK CC has been split into 3 regions. North is under Jeff Kremer, who was already a franchisee, middle under David Bradley and south under Michaela Walker, who I believe is acting as a manager. The office in Bedford has closed.

We have had London style free entry emails sent around, allegedly at random.

We have also had some free entry introductory fliers brought in. They did impart an instant "lively" image, which is good, but to my eye are over "busy". Sadly one of the pieces of text that was printed with larger, clearer text on a white background had a spelling mistake, which hit me within 3 seconds.

I liked a lot of the blurb. I wonder if the importance of getting there in time for the beginner class should have been more emphasised. I think I would have restricted the offer to those coming in time for the class on the flier, but accepted them whatever time on the door.
