I am really looking forward to this year as my cabaret team are entering!
Looking forward to a great event by c2d.
This will be my last event before moving stateside so hoping to see lots of freinds before I go & having my last dances for a while.

Really wish I could go to Blackpool, but sadly I can't afford it and I'm not competing.
And you can't use the words 'Blackpool' and 'good food' in the same sentence - however, there is a pasta place just down the road from the Winter Gardens and Tower Ballroom that does a decent bowl of pasta and glass of wine. Which brings me to another great point about the Blackpool comp. in that they don't run the finals in the evening, so you can get all your competing done and when the adrenalin rush subsides you can go and unwind with pasta and a glass of wine before going back to party the rest of the night.

DTS and I have also entered DWAS competition, we got our numbers back and everything.... all very exciting.
I have been advised to put something on thats eye catching and apparantely stoning a peice of clothing is the way to do it. Everyone appears to be up to their eyeballs in bluetack, fabric glue and stones........
I am now in the middle or ordering crystals so that i can stick them on everything.....LOL - its a nightmare but such fun. Gonna do a tie for DTS too.
