Left => , Right <=
Left <= , Right =>
I get quite suprised of how many people get their lefts and rights mixed up.
It's always fun to let people know they should be stepping back on their other right foot (eg basket) when they have stepped back on their left. And it's even funnier when they insist they have stepped back on their right.
What do you do? I just ignore it and let someone else correct them. I'll delecately try once but that is it.
So I was wondering how many people here have trouble with their lefts and rights. Is this a widespread problem?

While it's difficult for a follower to step back on anything other than their right foot in a basket or first move, it's up to me to compensate if they've chosen to do something different.
That said, I get left and right mixed up all the time. (I don't end up on the "wrong" foot because of it though.)

:shrug: I lead it. They tend to follow it. It's the natural foot to step on in that move, after all - it's the same motion for the follower as the first bits of the first move.
I don't usually encounter those left/right problems - is this something you find happens a lot? If so, maybe it's something in your lead that's providing some ambiguity?
