    Similarly, DavidB's posts don't get a lot of replies. That doesn't mean they're not valuable.

    One question might be whether venues are too cold to do stretching safely -- at the start of the evening -- especially in Winter.

    Well, I thought the warm up examples Amir gave would be hard to do at a ceroc venue due to lack of space, and dirty floors.

    It's a good point.
    It'd be even nicer if organisers supported this, possibly with notices - as gyms do.

    In fact, they could probably just use the same notices about stretching as posters.

    Has anyone seen such notices?

    Teachers should do a fun start to their classes!

    ONE big reason why you be stretching when cold, thats when more muscles are pulled!!
