    YEP! It's causing havoc all round - still waiting for my holiday tickets to Cuba - they better be here real soon!

    We've had mayhem at work cos all our manuscripts need to go out to authors and all the new checklists etc weren't coming in. Now we're expecting a deluge of work all in one hit

    I heard something on the radio this week saying that for speeding tickets, it's a good idea to keep a note of when it arrives.

    They're supposed to ensure you get them within 14 days of the offence - and if you don't get a speeding ticket in time (eg. because of postal strike) I think it may give people a loophole to challenge them.

    I don't know if this applies to bus lane penalties though.
