Yeah, he was looking more and more slimey by the week, wasn't he?

It was almost close to "harassment" level; I'm glad he's gone.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing (SCD) 2007

This week seems to have been a watershed in that the last two couples (well, actually the last three, although those through are supposed to be announced in a random order) were probably the worst dancers. Don't know if it was because of the Gabby/Penny night furore, but perhaps the judges have learned their lesson (if someone is awful, don't slag them off too much or they get sympathy votes) and perhaps some of the audience have as well. Finally, the results seemed reflective of the dancing.

I'd got to the stage that I couldn't bear to look at the telly when he was on, it just made me cringe so much. There's an article in today's Daily Mirror where he's moaning about the show being fixed.

    from the article

There's no way they come out with those comments off the cuff.

Not sure what comments he means. However, i would have thought that the judges would have encountered quite a lot of comments in the decades that they have been in dance. Maybe they are just regurgitating those ratehr than thinking them up on the spot?

Talk about small man syndrome, what an arrogant little man![and I love men of all heights!]He made me feel really uncomfortable the way he was stroking Lillias arm. Apart from him, the show was a delight to watch.

Well, it's back this weekend, maybe he'll be there.

Actually, yeah, he does look a bit like a typical Ceroc-er, doesn't he? Like, err, me, in fact

Hey! That's my "concentrating" face, you know.

Although yes, it does look very similar to my "bored" face, and even my "happy" face...

ITT should be interesting tonight!!!!! Unfortunately, I will be out, but could someone tell me how she copes with another 5 minutes in his company.

    Glad he's gone!

There was a good six inches of air between them and I think someone might have had a word with him - he was a lot more gracious this time.

They started out almost ignoring each other - but then he went into the obligatory "Ooh, I love her, she's wonderful" thing after a bit.

That last dance on Sunday still looked dodgy as hell, though - she clearly shifted his arms twice and moved away from him.

I liked Dom at first, I thought he had a fun attitude - but the 'cheeky chappie' routine was becoming 'arrogant irritation' as the weeks went on. It was time for him to go.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing (SCD) 2007

Apparently, Alesha and Matthew made a complete pigs-ear of their routine, improvising 12 seconds, but still managed to make it look great through simple lead-and-follow.

    From here:

The bit from 2:28 - 2:40 is where it's pure improvisation.

Now it's been pointed out, I can see it, but it's not obvious at all.

Re: Strictly Come Dancing (SCD) 2007

The dances for this week are (I think):

    Alesha and Matthew--- salsa
    Penny and Ian---------salsa
    Kate and Anton---------- salsa
    John and Nicole------- salsa

    Kelly and Brendan------ Viennese waltz
    Matt and Flavia---------- Viennese waltz
    Gethin and Camilla----- Viennese waltz
    Letitia and Darren---- Viennese waltz
    Kenny and Ola-------- Viennese waltz

Sorry to say it, but I think Kete and Anton's salsa will be a car crash of a dance, especially compared to the others.

I actually noticed that they'd gone wrong on the night but hadn't realised quite how much until ITT last night So I too was surprised at their scores.

Shows that the female celebs do have a advantage over their fellow male counterparts when something goes wrong, particularly in ballroom, as the male pros can lead them out of it (if they follow that is )

That's why I was more impressed with Gethin's foxtrot on Saturday than Penny's and Alesha's (even though they were great )

The Paso's didn't do it for me (though Matt ... - men in latin trousers is a winner)

Wonder what she will be wearing ... really liked her outfit last week - it really suited her figure.

Not contributed to this yet, but just lke to say...

Alesha & Matthew are the winners for me. I think she is so graceful and full of honesty every time she gets on the dance floor...her quality oozes! Oh yeah, and the bo Cutler...he's apretty impressive too!
