    Might be a good idea to let people - who might otherwise one day become what the newspapers somewhat ridiculously describe as reality TV 'stars' - die off, before they get to reproduction age...

    Funniest thing was the interviewer last night who kept drawing analogies with Lord of the Flies, but who clearly hadn't read the book and had no idea just how dark LotF is.

    it's quite dark.. especially when they have to drop the one ring into the lava in mount doom to destroy it and Frodo can't .. that's quite dark.

    Seriously though on the news last night it stated that they had to film it in Mexico as the child labour laws wouldn't allow it to be filmed any place else.

    This sounds like it'll be a disaster for the kids.. .. so sadly expect it to be a great hit in America !!
