I am sat in my flat freezing and i am seriously considering putting on the heating when a marvelous idea came to me.
I made a pot of tea and put the tea cozy on my head...I am now lovely and warm...
Ant other cheap suggestions for keeping warm?

Fill kettle, make cocoa, use remaining water for Hotwater bottle, take duvet off bed, put on fleecey type comfort clothes lay on sofa with all mentioned watching rubbish films and fall asleep.
Wake up dripping in sweat and open all doors and windows in an attempt to cool down.
Or as Astro mentioned great sex works everytime.
Well now my tea cozy is lovely and pink with white spots me and Trouble bought it saturday, and i have been wearing it at her flat most the weekend, except for short periods when i made her wear it.

Maybe it's the laughter this is causing that's keeping you warm rather than the tea cosy?! The thought of you two wearing tea cosies (you'll need matching ones soon!) is certainly making me
I checked the weather forecast earlier - everyone will be pleased to hear that temps in the mid 20's are predicted for London (at least) at the weekend even if that does feel a bit unlikely right now...
I know I might regret to ask that but... what's a tea cosy guys ?
its literally what it says.
its like a sort of hat shaped warm thing that goes over your teapot to keep your tea nice and warm. Dave stayed at mine this weekend and kept wearing it on his head cause it was chilly. Then he would insist i wear it cause he said it was cute on me. !!! honestly.... the things i do for welsh loving.
Its pink with white spots all over it, wish id taken a pic now.
Not me - I use a proper teapot, tea leaves and a tea cosy every morning. Make the best tea that way
Have to say that they are quite hard to get hold of now though - spent ages looking for one in Aberdeen to no avail. However Beo, who can't abide tea, did go out and hunt one down the following week, so that we could keep my tea nice and warm
Spent ages looking for a tea cozy, until we finally tracked down this one, and it cost me £8 ish. I was aghast grannies should cash in on this and stop knitting, shreddies or whatever they are, and start knitting tea cozys, there is definately a market for these tea warming fashion accessories.
