I'm looking forward to it, I had to miss the last one (first one I've missed!) due to a prior commitment and for various reasons haven't danced much in the past 6 weeks. So I'm going to make up for it and dance 3 nights this week!

Good point! I'd forgotten about that... Graham Fox has a day of WCS workshops and an evening of WCS/Blus/Latin dancing with Dance Demon DJing on Saturday in Edinburgh.

Won't be able to make it, but glad to know there's at least something going on up here!

There are now direct flights from Dundee to Belfast, but unfortunately not on a Saturday, so I would need to fly out on a Friday night. There are flights back on the Sunday

If the weather's anything like last weekend, it'll be unbearable - doesn't matter how many fans are there, especially in the Blues room as they're not allowed to open the side door there

Also, the floor gets very sticky there in the heat. Of course, I'd never suggest doing something forbidden like bringing talc for your shoes. Use someone else's supply, that's my advice.

To be fair, the sitcky and slopey floor (Blues room) is much better than it was. If it's not too hot outside, it's worth going I think.
