    Smile Ashtons Virgin Advice

As Marc is playing at Ashtons on friday, I'm thinking of going.
Can anyone offer any advice as in what time it gets busy, where to park, how bad the traffic is, what happens on the balcony and anything else I should know.
    Cheers

    Most people arrive after 10.

Plenty of parking in the DIY store (or is it a Tile shop?) car park just along the slip road from the venue - ignore the signs about it being customers only.

Can't take any drinks into the venue, even water. This is enthusiastically policed.

Unofficial forum corner is by the DJ decks , top end of the r/h side of the hall as you look from the entrance. hotshot Cruella will be there to make you feel at home

some people get there at 7.45 and have to wait till the doors open does give you the opertunity to help the bar staff with vagrants rummaging in the skips

I make my base in the corner, but as allways I work the floor

    you never know

I think because I give every one a chance I seem to attract all sorts of weirdo's.

Just a nice every day Joe will do, don't need him to set the world on fire or read book on how to be 'matco' the strong silent type I can depend on, that doesn't tell lies

Please send CV to 'Fletch' C/O 'the forum'

Fletch - not the easiest advice when you're still looking, but be patient, keep a vision of what you want, and hopefully one day he'll turn up (possibly on the balcony at Ashtons! ) In the meantime you're making the most of your life, which is important - man or no man.

Rubbish...! There isn't a man alive who doesn't have the same philosophy - Why tell the truth when a lie will do?

The problem with lying, is you have to be good at it & you men are too dim to do it properly.

But would you want one that tells the truth?

"Are you looking at that girl over there?" ---- "Yes, shes well fit."

What happens if it's not necessary to lie?
