Re: Harry Potter predictions - last call!

Well the real story is that Harry starts a new life which involves thrice weekly visits to local schools and venues where people gather for a few hours and move in mysterious ways whilst listening to melodious sounds. He is captivated by this new experience and realises he has found his true vocation. Once there, he begins to use his skills to perform off-the-ground maneouvres with Hermione which amaze everyone until he is told that it might be a bit dangerous. Whilst there he has several adventures - encountering weird and wonderful characters: the denoument involves a Spin-Max competition to the death with Woadface.

    ....etc...etc....

Apparently someone comes back alive from the dead i think this will be Dumbledore

    I predict that....

Fleur will leave Bill because he is a werewolf

Ginny and Harry will be together but i think Ginny will die. And harry will be heartbroken.

I also think that Hagrid might die being killed by Malfoy or one of the giants.

I think malfoy will die, i know no one else seems to think that but i think he will attempt to kill Hagrid or Ron and in a fury Harry will kill him.

I think Voldemort will die but i agree with Jamie that the horcrux is a red herring, that would be typical of JKR

No I don't think that will happen. This would mean that Voldemort's soul would still be sort of alive, even though in a Dementors sort of way. That lives WAY too much space for writing a sequel, and JKR's been very clear about the fact that she doesn't want that to happen.

I still stand by the idea that having destroyed all the horcrux, Harry will kill Voldemort by feeling pity for him (not using the A.K. curse). Don't know how yet but I think the fact that Voldemort's last soul drank Unicorn blood to survive will play a role in that.

I find myself not caring that much - as the last book was so poor...although perhaps the entire book 6 was a dream sequence and dumbledore isnt dead.

Asda are selling it for £5 donchaknow.

I just had my hands on the latest HP (a side benefit of working for a library service ) though I haven't read any of the previous books nor intend to start with this one. However I couldn't resist turning to the last page and I can confirm that Harry does
