Well, i attend dancing now about once a week if im lucky. Up until recently i was a regular 3/4 times a week dancer. I get the urges but can not find venues i want to go to generally. I tend to only do freestyles. Hopefully this will pass and i will step up my dancing over the course of a week.

I manage it 2 times a week (less for 1 week in the month when on-call) , but increasing my staying power to 3 times a week
At one point was dancing 9 times a week.
classes mon-fri. Freestyle Sat night.
Also had a dance studio booked on sat and Sunday afternoons which anyone could turn up, pay a contribution towards, bring own CD's and Use. Then I was Teaching on Sunday Eve.
Funny enough I was less tired then.
Practising for comps at mo so it's almost everynight of the week.

Varies hugely - average is one class a week, sometimes two and hopefully a freestyle at the weekend, but not every weekend. However, not having danced for two weeks due to being unwell, I went last night, and will be dancing 6 times in the coming week (counting the two workshops on Saturday as one session each). Haven't done that much for ages though.
I'd like to do 2-3 times a week, but I just don't have the time. And I hate to tell you this - but there's other things out there to do too!

I think a weekender was what finished me off, might have been southport... Can't remember. It was fun and would do it again if I get the chance!

I've toyed with the idea of doing a sponsored 'danceathon' at a weekender. How many songs in a row / Hours danced etc
It was a weekender that done me in too. Jive tiome at Camber.
Seriously Addicted from the forum was at camber and came to demo for me Sun eve. I was asleep on crash mats in the hall when she got there. I done the class and then went to camber and danced till monday morning.

I'm lucky if I get it once a fortnight these days.
I do find that the experience is more intense though, if you do it less often.

Sunday----Sarah Whites StNeots
Now me and the Trouble only do freestyles and Sarah Whites and in 2 years of dancing i now know less moves than i did after dancing 6 months.
However i am a lot smoother.
