Now here's a lady who really knows her music, played one of the best sets I've ever heard at Cruella's Tour de Dance the other week.

For me, its the biggest single factor, that determines whether I have a good night or not.
An evening packed with fast swing, rock'n'roll, country and guitar twanging heavy rock, would have me in tears by the end

Thats why its important to me, to know who the DJ's going to be beforehand, as I'll usually know what to expect and can decide if it'll suit me or not.

Okay - let the snide remarks flow......
I love dancing to show tunes too. You just HAVE to show off.

BTW, you really do need the Ute Lempur version of All that Jazz - most of the others, and one Ute Lempur version, have a long, undanceable bit in the middle. Not that I'm the Queen of dancing to this particular track - played it on Thursday though

Anything and everything I'm not actively bored with.

Have noticed tho, as I've got older, I still like a good fast thrash from time to time, but me little ol' legs can't do it all night now, so given my franchise is the spiritual home of thump-thump be-bop DJ's, a preference for slower tunes has crept in. So long as it's not toooooo bland. No point in dancing to a metronome

I've been. I think they actually use remixes with extra loud thump - thumps and techno sounds put in by some drug crazed teenager

No, it's thumps and techno sounds put in for some drug crazed teenagers

According to their website "each track is analysed, tested, and where necessary, remixed or edited..."
That might account for extra 'thump'.

I don't have a particular type of music that I favour - I like a mix of styles in any one night. Too much of one thing and I get very bored. Hearing the same tracks over and over, week after week, bores me too.

I like a bit of everything

I think my tastes in music could be classed as "eclectic"*
