Well I'm a Midlander - if |Fletch's floor space gets too cramped PM me to see if I'm around with a bed for the night!
There is:
The Leroc 2000 (UK Championships) held in the Wintergardens, Weston Super Mare on 21st July and
Dance Championships in Brighton on October 6th (I think)
Funny - I could have sworn it was warm weather at last years Midlands event as travelling up I had the roof down on my car for a bit - was it November last year ?
No its not MikeyR its Mikey 'strictly sinful' the legend he has moved fro Brighton to Doncaster if anyone is interested in going I have room both at the 'fletchhomestead' and in the 'Fletchmobile' first come first served
i'll have a look at Brighton, last time I organised Brighton, everyone else went and I didn't go I still haven't been to Joe's ceroc venue at Brighton on Sunday's October could be good

YAYYYYY!! I'm definitely going it's my birthday weekend so what a great way to spend it! I thought last year's event was utterly fab and had a brilliant time throughout!
Hi Gus,
Why would they have to do that?
I would suggest that to take an existing Champs title off them is much more fulfilling than taking a vacant 'crown' and, of course it is the duty of that Champ to ward off all pretenders....hence the offer I made.
I cannot insist that the 2006 Intermediate Champs have to move up to the Open category for 2007 - isn't that their choice? I would liken that to insisting a Middleweight Boxing Champion has to move up to heavyweight rather than defend....think of all the pies!
Now, if that Intermediate Champ chooses to raise their own goals the following year.......
I'd be grateful for feedback but to stop someone taking part just because they won the event the previous year just doesn't sound right or fair to me.
Mike
